This license covers small business use and includes non-exclusive rights to your specific custom cartoon.
Yurbaby still retains full copyright ownership of all original artwork.

At Yurbaby, we LOVE creating custom pet designs inspired by your favorite sports! However, to respect trademark laws and ensure compliance, please note the following guidelines when requesting sports-themed attire for your cartoon pet:

What We CAN Do:

• Create sporty outfits in your choice of colors

• Customize uniforms with your pet's name or a fun number

• Design generic sports-themed accessories (jerseys, hats, foam fingers, etc.)

• Use city or state names (not team names) in any way

What We CANNOT Do:

• Use official team names, logos, or slogans

• Create uniforms that exactly replicate official team designs

• Include copyrighted or trademarked mascots or branded elements

We know many pet parents love to see their furry friends in magical and movie-inspired looks! While we are happy to create fun, imaginative custom designs, please note the following:

What We CAN Do:

• Create original, inspired outfits or themes (princess dresses, pirate outfits, superhero capes, etc.)
• Use general costume styles without using character names or copying exact designs
• Customize with your pet’s name and colors to make it uniquely yours

What We CANNOT Do:

• Use copyrighted or trademarked character names (e.g. "Mickey," "Elsa," "Batman")
• Recreate or copy official character designs, outfits, or logos
• Create art that appears as though it is officially licensed or affiliated with any movie studio or brand
