At Yurbaby, we believe in giving back to the furry friends who need it most. Each month, we will be partnering with a different pet rescue, shelter, grooming salon, pet food bank, or veterinary clinic donating a portion of our sales to help support their life-changing work. This page is where you’ll meet our Organization of the Month, learn their story, and see how your purchases help pets in need. Because when you shop with heart—you help a paw!
At Yurbaby, our hearts go out not only to animals be helped by organizations, but also to the families doing their best to care for pets with unique needs. That’s why part of our give-back mission includes helping pet parents who may be struggling to afford grooming & veterinary services—especially when these services are essential for their dog’s health, comfort, or anxiety relief.
Whether it’s a senior pup who needs gentle care, a dog with special needs, or a family going through hard times, we believe every pet deserves to be healthy, feel clean, safe, and loved. We’re here to help make that possible, one paw at a time.
We will be hosting special pop-up events to raise funds for families in need of grooming or veterinary care—then use the money raised to book a local grooming salon for a day or cover vet appointments for families that need a little extra help.
Organization to be Announced!
1. Fill Out the Nomination Form
You tell us about your favorite rescue or groomer, share why they deserve the spotlight, and include their contact info or website/social media link.
2. We Review All Nominations Each Month
We personally review every nomination to ensure the organization is active, legitimate, and aligns with Yurbaby’s mission to help animals and the people who love them.
3. Selected Organization is Notified
If chosen, we reach out to the rescue or groomer to let them know they’ve been selected as our Monthly Donation Recipient. We’ll also ask if they’d like to be featured in our social posts or share photos/stories we can highlight.
4. We Announce the Recipient
At the start of each month, we update our Monthly Donation Page with the featured organization, share their story, and promote them across our website, social media, and emails.
5. Your Purchases Help Support Their Work
A portion of every Yurbaby sale that month goes directly to the featured organization—whether it’s funding vet care, grooming for dogs in need, or supplies for rescue pets waiting for their forever homes.
We can’t spotlight every nomination right away, but we will keep all submissions on file for future months!
Who Can Be Nominated?
We’re looking to support organizations that share our mission of helping pets and the people who love them! If you know a group that’s making a real difference, we’d love to hear about them. You can nominate:
- Animal rescues or shelters (especially those focused on dogs, cats, or small animals)
- Pet food banks or outreach programs helping low-income pet parents
Grooming Salons offering free or discounted services for seniors, disabled pets, or families in need
Veterinary clinics with community-based grooming support for pets with special needs or anxiety
Local programs that help keep pets and families together through compassionate care
❌Organizations We Can’t Support Right Now: To stay focused and make the most impact, we currently can’t accept nominations for:
- For-profit businesses (unless offering community-based grooming services)
- Wildlife or exotic animal programs
- National chains or organizations with large-scale corporate funding

We’re starting right here in our local community (Maricopa County, AZ) supporting rescues and pet families in our region first—because we believe change begins at home. As Yurbaby grows, so will our reach, and we look forward to expanding our support to rescues and groomers across the country.
