Most of our products ship within 4–8 business days from the date you approve your custom design. You’ll receive an estimated shipping date at the time of approval. Please note that occasional delays may occur during peak holiday seasons, but we’ll always keep you informed along the way.

We proudly offer free shipping on most of our items, and currently ship within the USA only.

Please note that the majority of our products are made to order using a high-quality print-on-demand process. This means your item is not created until after your purchase is completed. It allows us to offer a wide variety of custom and pre-made designs while minimizing waste and keeping production sustainable.

Production times typically range from 3–7 business days, with shipping times varying based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We appreciate your patience and support of our small business — your one-of-a-kind product is worth the wait!

Because all of our products are custom made to order, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Each item is personalized and created specifically for you and your pet, which means we are unable to resell or restock returned items.

However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item. To qualify for an exchange:

A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
You must include a clear photo of the product and a brief description of the defect or damage
The item must be unused and in its original condition

If your exchange is approved, we will remake and ship the same product at no cost to you. We do not offer exchanges for issues related to user error (such as typos provided by the customer or low-quality images submitted).

By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy and understand that all sales are final unless a verified defect is present.
