To help us bring your custom design to life, please provide a detailed description of what you’d like. The more specific, the better! You can also upload artwork, reference photos, or inspiration images to guide the design. Choose whether you’d like a 1-sided or 2-sided print. Once your design is complete and approved, you’ll have the opportunity to select your preferred shirt color before we print. Let’s create something totally unique — just for you!

Please note that the majority of our products are made to order using a high-quality print-on-demand process. This means your item is not created until after your purchase is completed. It allows us to offer a wide variety of custom and pre-made designs while minimizing waste and keeping production sustainable.
Production times typically range from 3–7 business days, with shipping times varying based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Because all of our products are custom made to order, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Each item is personalized and created specifically for you and your pet, which means we are unable to resell or restock returned items.
However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item. To qualify for an exchange:
If your exchange is approved, we will remake and ship the same product at no cost to you. We do not offer exchanges for issues related to user error (such as typos provided by the customer or low-quality images submitted).
